CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. APPOINTMENT RULES • No extra guests are permitted. • No children are permitted in the suite unless they have a scheduled appointment. • Arrive on time and alone for your appointment.
